**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead quality turnaround work to ensure services achieve a minimum of CQC 'Good' rating
  • Support and coach managers to improve performance and deliver great results
  • Lead cultural change across a group of dispersed services to deliver improved outcomes
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improvement

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Home/Service/Registered Manager within learning disabilities
  • Experience of leading quality improvement initiatives and achieving positive outcomes
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or acceptable equivalent)
