- Build strong relationships with local markets and channel partners, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the European retail landscape, staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a European commercial or product management role, with a strong track record of driving growth and revenue.
- Excellent understanding of the European retail landscape, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
