Customer Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Development Manager to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our Customer Development Team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to drive business growth and deliver on our targets.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Business Results: Develop and implement business plans to achieve quarterly and annual net sales, margin, and profit targets.
- Commercial Acuity: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the retailer strategy, shopper behavior, and how Colgate-Palmolive can optimize its brands and strategic intents.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Shopper Development Managers and Category Managers to build and implement joint business plans that drive business growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and develop mutually beneficial business solutions.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and challenges to drive business growth and expansion.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.
- Commercial Experience: Proven track record of delivering business results in a commercial development role.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans that drive business growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices, including financial management and analysis.
