About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our customer development efforts in the UK market. As a Customer Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, identifying business opportunities, and developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer development plans to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers and distributors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution of customer development plans
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in customer development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze business data and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively
