Retail Location Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Location Manager to join our team at RHS Garden Wisley. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our retail outlets, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety, employment law, and food safety law.
- Manage outlet standards, administration, rotas, cash control, stock control, and security procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide full catering services as agreed within client contracts and service level agreements.
- Organize work throughout the unit to facilitate efficient customer service and profitable operations.
- Ensure all employees adhere to company dress code and appearance standards.
- Communicate effectively with employees to ensure excellent customer care, selling techniques, merchandising skills, and knowledge of current promotions.
- Recruit, induct, train, promote, manage performance, develop, and discipline employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to ATV, sales targets, GP%, wastage, and staff planned budget.
- Maximize profit conversion through tight control of resources and cash control.
- Investigate revenue shortfalls and cost overspends, taking action as necessary.
- Initiate and implement action plans to achieve unit budget.
