Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our EE Retail team as a Franchise Retail Advisor. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our Walton On Thames store.

About the Role:

As a Franchise Retail Advisor, you will be the face of EE Retail, providing customers with a personalized and engaging shopping experience. Your primary objective will be to contribute to the store's success by bringing to life the EE ethos of sales through sensational service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the store's success by delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with all EE products, services, and promotions, as well as those of our competitors
  • Engage customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Take pride in the appearance of the store, ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times

Requirements:

  • Strong background in customer-facing sales or service environments
  • Ability to work towards and achieve targets or deadlines
  • Interest in communications technology and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
