About the Role

Innovate Healthcare Services is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Support Officer to join our Project Support Office within the Business Support Team.

The successful candidate will be based at our Warwick site, with opportunities for homeworking, and will provide excellent administrative project support in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, who is analytical and proactive, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Main Responsibilities

The Project Support Officer will assist Programme and Project Managers with the implementation of project management methodology and standards, coordinate and support Digital Project and Programme Boards, and produce and maintain project governance materials.

They will also maintain and coordinate key project artefacts, support project Go-lives, engagement events, and communication activities, and ensure appropriate standards are met for documentation and control.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with a degree-level education or equivalent experience in supporting projects, and experience of working in the healthcare industry, communications and engagement, and project management and planning.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and punctual, with the ability to work on their own initiative, and have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as good IT skills.
