PMO Analyst

Job Summary

VIQU Limited is seeking a skilled PMO Analyst to ensure the successful delivery of change projects and programmes across the organisation.

The PMO Analyst will be responsible for overseeing project documentation, tracking risks and resources, and collaborating with Project Managers to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure project documentation aligns with PMO standards.
  • Track and manage risks and resources across projects.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to assess project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct audits and refine processes for improved efficiency.
  • Provide guidance on PMO practices and methodologies.

Essential Skills

  • Project Support Experience: Proven experience in a PMO role, project support, or project coordination, demonstrating familiarity with project management processes and frameworks.
  • Change Project Involvement and Digital Expertise: Experience working on change initiatives, specifically in managing or supporting digital and IT-based projects, showcasing an understanding of project dynamics and technology-driven transformation.
  • Advanced Excel Proficiency: Strong comfort and expertise with Excel and spreadsheet tools, including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting functions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting Skills: Ability to analyse and interpret data for reporting purposes, providing insights to support decision-making and project planning.
  • Strategic Planning Skills: Demonstrated capability in project planning, including the development of timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Resource Coordination: Experience in managing and allocating resources across multiple teams to ensure efficient project execution and alignment with objectives.
