PMO Analyst Job Description

VIQU Limited is seeking a skilled PMO Analyst to join our team in Warwickshire. As a PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of change projects and programmes across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project documentation, tracking risks and resources, collaborating with Project Managers, and conducting audits to refine processes for improved efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Documentation: Ensure alignment with PMO standards and maintain accurate records.
  • Risk and Resource Management: Track and manage risks and resources across projects to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaboration with Project Managers: Work closely with Project Managers to assess project progress and provide guidance on PMO practices and methodologies.
  • Audits and Process Refining: Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and refine processes to enhance efficiency.

Essential Skills:

  • Project Support Experience: Previous experience in a PMO role, project support, or project coordination, demonstrating familiarity with project management processes and frameworks.
  • Change Project Involvement and Digital Expertise: Proven experience working on change initiatives, specifically in managing or supporting digital and IT-based projects, showcasing an understanding of project dynamics and technology-driven transformation.
  • Advanced Excel Proficiency: Strong comfort and expertise with Excel and spreadsheet tools, including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting functions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting Skills: Ability to analyse and interpret data for reporting purposes, providing insights to support decision-making and project planning.
  • Strategic Planning Skills: Demonstrated capability in project planning, including the development of timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Resource Coordination: Experience in managing and allocating resources across multiple teams to ensure efficient project execution and alignment with objectives.
