About the Role

National Grid Interconnectors is seeking a skilled Systems Support Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the Nemo Link team, you will be responsible for supporting the IT platforms and tools used by the team of approximately 45 employees.

Key responsibilities will include providing assistance with Office 365/Azure administration, assuring data quality in the DMS/AMS, and troubleshooting issues related to these platforms.

A strong background in IT or systems is required, with experience in Office 365 administration and SharePoint being essential. Additionally, previous experience working with MS Azure would be beneficial.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, enthusiastic to learn, and willing to support the team. Training opportunities will be available to become an expert on these platforms.

  • Key Requirements
  • Experience with Office 365 administration and/or previous experience working with MS Azure.
  • IT support or service desk experience.
