About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative HCPC registered Psychologist to join our team at bMindful Psychology. As a Senior Psychologist, you will play a key role in delivering training, consultation, and direct work with children, young people, and their carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver detailed assessments and formulations to inform therapeutic care and risk management for Looked After Children and Young People.
  • Provide support and advice to staff teams to develop an understanding of the impact of developmental trauma and how to work therapeutically with this group.
  • Support the delivery of tailored therapeutic training to upskill care staff.
  • Collaborate with providers of care to develop and implement attachment-based trauma-informed care practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in supporting teams to provide attachment-based trauma-informed care.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
