The role of our Healthcare Customer Support Specialist is to ensure our patients feel at ease while delivering a premium service. Candidates should enjoy engaging with new individuals and possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with both patients and healthcare professionals.

Daily responsibilities may vary, but typical tasks include:

Establishing strong relationships with patients Conducting diagnostic eye assessments (comprehensive training will be provided) Confidently communicating patient information to optometrists to facilitate a seamless patient experience Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records Arranging suitable financing options for each patient Scheduling consultations and surgeries with optometrists and surgeons
