Legal Assistant Opportunity

This permanent, full-time role offers a chance to be part of dynamic Real Estate Disputes and Farms, Estates and Rural Land teams.

Our client is a respected, fast-growing law firm that serves prominent national companies, charitable organisations, and private individuals. They specialise in a broad range of property-related legal issues, including both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to lawyers across both teams
  • Manage diaries, organise travel, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle phone calls on behalf of lawyers
  • Assist with monthly billing procedures, cash collection, and credit control processes
  • Manage file opening and maintenance procedures, ensuring compliance with firm practices
  • Support business development activities through client research and event coordination
  • Perform transactional property support, including searches and Land Registry dealings
Requirements:
  • Strong ability to support lawyers through proactive interaction
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Confident prioritisation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and willingness to learn new software
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
