About the Role:
As a Conveyancing Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing essential support to fee earners in the Residential Property team. Your duties will include:
- Managing files in conjunction with fee earners
- Maintaining regular contact with estate agents, solicitors, brokers, and clients
- Handling correspondence and enquiries
- Assisting with exchanging contracts and completing transactions
- Carrying out daily administrative tasks within the department
Requirements:
- Previous conveyancing experience or professional services background is beneficial but not essential
- Keen interest in learning new skills and developing technical knowledge
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Flexible approach to balancing day-to-day priorities
- Experience working in a busy office environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Natural understanding of clients' needs and commitment to delivering outstanding service
