As a key member of the Real Estate Disputes and Farms, Estates and Rural Land teams, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to lawyers, ensuring the efficient delivery of the team's operational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive administrative support to lawyers, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting organisation.
  • Handle phone calls on behalf of lawyers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Assist with monthly billing procedures, cash collection, and credit control processes.
  • Manage file opening and maintenance procedures, ensuring compliance with firm practices.
  • Support business development activities through client research and event coordination.
  • Perform transactional property support, including searches and Land Registry dealings.

Requirements:

  • Strong ability to support lawyers through proactive interaction.
  • Excellent client relationship skills.
  • Confident prioritisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
