Our Audit Team
Our Audit team is essential to the stability and authenticity of the financial market, verifying the accuracy of financial statements for stakeholders, including shareholders, governments, tax authorities, banks, and customers.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with audited entities, building long-lasting relationships and providing expert advice to help them succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own tasks and work proactively to deliver high-quality audit services.
- Collaborate with senior managers, directors, and partners to ensure effective delivery of audit services.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to audited entities.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of audited entities' businesses, including their financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with UK and international GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and financial reporting requirements.
Requirements
- ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent.
- Previous experience of managing people and teams.
- Good working knowledge of financial products, firm services, issues regarding advice and regulation, and compliance, including anti-money laundering.
- Experience of systems/controls testing, substantive auditing, including consolidations, group audits, statutory accounts, and disclosures.
- Project management experience.
