Job Opportunity: Social Worker - Gatwick Pre-Departure Accommodation

Serco is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team at Gatwick Pre-Departure Accommodation. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing professional safeguarding advice to children and families residing at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert safeguarding advice to children and families
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Director Safeguarding to ensure effective safeguarding practices
  • Support and guide staff and residents on safeguarding and child protection concerns

Requirements:

  • Social Work Qualification (minimum 3 years qualified)
  • Experience working with diverse backgrounds
