Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our team at Wagamama. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food to a high standard, adhering to our culinary standards and procedures.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

You will have a passion for food and cooking, and be a great team player who can work well in a fast-paced environment. You will have good interpersonal skills and be able to multitask in a kitchen with no microwaves or heat lamps, everything we cook is fresh.
