Job Title: Customer Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Engineer to join our team at Revvity. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform field service as advised by Customer Care in conjunction with the Service / Team Leader, carrying out installation, maintenance, and repair of life science and diagnostics instrumentations.
  • Provide first-line onsite user training on life science and diagnostics systems, ensuring customers are equipped to get the most out of our products.
  • Organize routine maintenance, ensuring all documentation, circuit diagrams, and manuals are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Maintain ancillary documentation, such as safety manuals and procedures, to the highest standard.
  • Align personal working practices with departmental performance targets, actively demonstrating compliance with all team targets.
  • Ensure all tools and test equipment are adequate for the service required, and that all test equipment issued is calibrated at the specified times.
  • Complete all Work Orders and associated documentation within a day of completion, ensuring all E Learning, Expense Claims, and Vehicle-related forms are returned on time.
Requirements:
  • Relevant education or equivalent experience (e.g., Bachelor in Electronic Engineering or Biotechnology)
  • Experience in a customer service environment, preferably with life science instrument applications
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • Prepared to travel
  • Full driving license
