Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated professional with a robust background in civil engineering, specifically in the field of highways. This role involves overseeing and managing site operations for various projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to guarantee timely and efficient project execution.
  • Implement and comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive reporting, risk assessments, and develop method statements.
  • Supervise subcontractors and mentor junior site engineers.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess prior experience in highways projects, particularly in Earthworks and Drainage.

  • Valid SMSTS and EUSR certifications are required.
  • A valid driving license is mandatory.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant engineering software and technology is essential.

  • Strong focus on reporting, risk assessments, and method statements.

Additional Information: This position offers an immediate start, with night shifts available that include an uplift percentage. Current freelancers have the potential for long-term opportunities.
