About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at IBS Software. As a key member of our Consulting and Digital Transformation business, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients in the Airline, Hospitality, and Travel/Tourism industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow business within Airline, Hospitality, and Travel/Tourism industries
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for the accounts under management
  • Develop and execute plans to expand the IBS Consulting and Transformation business in identified/assigned accounts
  • Collaborate effectively with IBS Consulting and Product teams to enhance the account portfolio
  • Leverage the IBS ecosystem of capabilities to develop solutions that address client business problems
  • Formulate Marketing, Branding, and Proposition strategies to improve IBS standing in the account
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Consulting and Digital Transformation
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Proven experience selling and/or managing clients in Aviation technology solutions and digital transformation services for large airlines and/or airline travel-related industry in Europe
  • Track record of developing business relationships with senior and C-level executives in the airlines
  • Well-versed with the software delivery model operated by Indian IT solution providers
  • Graduate in Engineering/Technology or Science and preferably with a management education
  • Minimum 12 years of overall experience with minimum 5 years in client management and profitable growth
