Commercial Operations Coordinator

Location: London
Contract Duration: 6 Month Contract
Daily Rate: £355 pd (Umbrella)

ARM is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Commercial Operations Coordinator to join our team on an initial 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in steering the commercial strategy for various projects and categories, overseeing the entire process from initial concept through to specification, contract negotiation, procurement, design, delivery, verification, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, negotiate, and execute contract and framework agreements that ensure optimal value for investment.
  • Maintain precise and auditable records to ensure compliance with procurement processes.
  • Assist in the review and negotiation of contractual agreements.
  • Facilitate the procurement process collaboratively, employing preferred technology-driven methods for advice, tendering, evaluation, award, and contract management.
  • Enhance supplier, category, and market insights through performance management, research, and stakeholder engagement.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial negotiations across at least two procurement life cycles.
  • Proficient in contract and purchase order management.
  • Experience in public sector procurement is crucial.
  • Skilled in preparing, reviewing, and finalizing contract terms and conditions along with commercial schedules.
  • Possession of a CIPS professional qualification or equivalent is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of current domestic and EU legislation is essential.
