Commercial Operations facilitates the sales and licensing efforts of International Content Distribution. Primarily working with the regional sales executives, Commercial Operations supports fundamental processes, from initial sales lead through deal approval in CRM, to complex analytical support to measure deal integrity and drive revenue.

The Coordinator, Commercial Operations facilitates the sales and licensing efforts of International Content Distribution. Working as part of the Commercial Operations team, the Coordinator provides centralised support for various regional sales executives.

**What will you be doing?**
- Operational support to assist sales negotiations
- Analyse features and series offers, utilising sales histories and market data
- Monitor Salesforce deal workflow tasks including customer setup, customer maintenance, deal entry and approval routing
- Request avails/clearances
- Use auto avail reports to fulfil and curate various sales requests
- Initiate Third Party Approval process.
- Track and follow up on internal approvals
- Responsible for screener site access requests for all internal and external users
- Manage convention schedules and meeting organisation on request.
- Assistance ad hoc office administrative tasks.

- Experience in preferably with entertainment and/or international background

**Desirable**
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
- Familiar with a variety of industry concepts and properties
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Self-motivated, pro-active
