Payroll Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Butler Rose. As a key member of our payroll team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our weekly and monthly payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the processing of weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify and process timesheets, ensuring all data is correct and up-to-date.
- Manage and verify new starter information, collaborating with colleagues to resolve any discrepancies.
- Apply tax codes, student loans, and other notices from HMRC in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries.
- Generate and distribute self-bill invoices, remittances, payslips, and client invoices.
- Oversee the management of Purchase Orders and resolve any invoice-related questions.
- Handle pension communications and manage file uploads with care.
- Assist with various ad-hoc duties as needed, contributing to both finance and payroll teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with payroll systems is essential.
