Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Cranswick Country Foods PLC. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in managing HR administration, supporting the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to leaver facilitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Enquiries: Address queries and provide timely responses to ensure excellent employee experience.
  • HR Administration: Manage system changes, employee relations paperwork, recruitment, and other HR-related tasks.
  • HR KPIs: Produce key performance indicators to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Payroll: Handle weekly and monthly payroll, and process invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate administration and system records, including archiving and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Compliance: Complete GDPR procedures, manage Right to Work and ECS checks, and assist with site audits to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Absence Management: Oversee processes and system updates to ensure seamless employee absence management.
  • Year-End Processing: Support PLC requests and complete year-end tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as requested by the line manager to support the team and drive business success.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: High standard of work with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • IT Proficiency: Confident with Microsoft Office and new IT systems, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Deadline Management: Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • HR Experience: Previous experience as an HR Administrator and with HR systems is advantageous but not essential.
  • Language Skills: Knowledge of an Eastern European language is a plus, but not required.
