Job Title: People Services Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Services Assistant to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our People Services Administration team, you will provide administrative support to our colleagues, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality administrative support to designated business units, providing a positive experience for colleagues at all times.
- Ensure accuracy in written documentation, with a maximum error rate of 5%.
- Complete administrative requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Take ownership of queries and issues, resolving them in a timely manner and keeping the team leader informed where necessary.
- Quality-check transactions and documentation in real-time to ensure no impact on SLAs and business operations.
- Process completed forms, ensuring appropriate authorization before contractual changes are actioned.
- Have a good understanding of the Right to Work process and UK legalization.
- Apply a working knowledge of systems to answer queries and resolve problems from colleagues.
- Have a keen eye for detail, particularly in relation to data input, drafting contractual documents, and checking team members' work.
- Be flexible in your approach to support other team members within the wider HR team.
- Take ownership of tasks and see them through to resolution.
- Proactively diarize stakeholder engagement calls to build relationships with the business and receive great feedback.
- Take turns leading daily huddles.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent grammatical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
