Job Summary:

As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in managing HR administration, supporting the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to leaver facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Enquiries: Address queries and provide excellent customer service to employees.
  • HR Administration: Manage system changes, employee relations paperwork, recruitment, and other HR-related tasks.
  • HR KPIs: Produce key performance indicators to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Payroll: Handle weekly and monthly payroll, and process invoices.
  • Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate administration and system records, including archiving.
  • Compliance: Complete GDPR procedures, manage Right to Work and ECS checks, and assist with site audits.
  • Absence Management: Oversee processes and system updates.
  • Year-End Processing: Support PLC requests and complete year-end tasks.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as requested by the line manager.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: High standard of work with excellent attention to detail.
  • IT Proficiency: Confident with Microsoft Office and new IT systems.
  • Deadline Management: Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR Experience: Previous experience as an HR Administrator and with People XD is advantageous but not essential.
  • Language Skills: Knowledge of an Eastern European language is a plus.

Working Schedule:

  • Days: Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday
  • Hours: 5am-2pm, 8am-5pm, or 9am-6pm
