Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Cranswick Country Foods PLC. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in managing HR administration, supporting the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to leaver facilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Enquiries: Address queries and provide excellent customer service to employees.
- HR Administration: Manage system changes, employee relations paperwork, recruitment, and other HR-related tasks.
- HR KPIs: Produce key performance indicators to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Payroll: Handle weekly and monthly payroll, and process invoices.
- Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate administration and system records, including archiving.
- Compliance: Complete GDPR procedures, manage Right to Work and ECS checks, and assist with site audits.
- Absence Management: Oversee processes and system updates.
- Year-End Processing: Support PLC requests and complete year-end tasks.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as requested by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Attention to Detail: High standard of work with excellent attention to detail.
- IT Proficiency: Confident with Microsoft Office and new IT systems.
- Deadline Management: Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- HR Experience: Previous experience as an HR Administrator and with People XD is advantageous but not essential.
- Language Skills: Knowledge of an Eastern European language is a plus.
Working Schedule:
- Days: Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday
- Hours: 5am-2pm, 8am-5pm, or 9am-6pm
