Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our comprehensive range of services and driving new business opportunities within your designated territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients in the engineering sector, focusing on sub-contract welding and fabrication businesses.
  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to senior-level decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within your territory.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting data and reports to management.
Skills and Experience:
  • Proven track record of success in business-to-business engineering sales, ideally within a welding or fabrication environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of welding and fabrication technologies and processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
