Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to our existing customers to identify potential issues with their payment plans or to offer them new products or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve customer issues related to payment plans or product offerings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Work proactively to identify new business opportunities and grow our customer base
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Good IT skills and ability to learn new software
What We Offer
- A competitive base salary of £25,000 with uncapped monthly commission (OTE £18,000)
- A company-wide annual bonus scheme
