- Make outbound calls to prospective customers who have enquired about our services, utilizing warm leads to drive sales.
- Offer information to potential students about our courses, matching them with their ideal program.
- Enroll new students on the chosen course, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Work within a provided script to maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within a contact centre environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment, meeting and exceeding set targets.
- Flexibility to work a rota-based system, including weekends and evenings.
- A competitive starting salary of up to £35,000, dependent on previous sales and customer service experience.
- An uncapped earning potential, with overall take-home pay potentially reaching £50,000.
- An additional remuneration package, including rewards and benefits, a good holiday allowance, and pension rate.
- The opportunity to utilize our client's educational services for personal development once the probationary period is completed.
