We are seeking a charismatic and determined Sales Executive to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. Our client is a market leader in providing access to online educational resources for millions of employees around the country, while supporting thousands of businesses to ensure their employees gain the relevant skills and accreditations to succeed within their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls with a friendly and personable manner.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers who have enquired about our services, utilizing warm leads to drive sales.
  • Offer information to potential students about our courses, matching them with their ideal program.
  • Enroll new students on the chosen course, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Work within a provided script to maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within a contact centre environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment, meeting and exceeding set targets.
  • Flexibility to work a rota-based system, including weekends and evenings.
What We Offer
  • A competitive starting salary of up to £35,000, dependent on previous sales and customer service experience.
  • An uncapped earning potential, with overall take-home pay potentially reaching £50,000.
