Customer Development Executive

About the Role:

  • Partner with our customers to build strong relationships and drive sales growth in the convenience channel.
  • Develop and execute business development plans to increase market share and sales revenue.
  • Work closely with the sales team to deliver on key selling metrics and support the development of a winning territory business plan.
  • Utilize data and evidence-based retailer successes to drive best practice and improve sales performance.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven sales experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in the convenience channel.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full valid manual driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
