Pertemps TM: Office Administrator / Personal Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to join our team at Pertemps TM. As a key member of our office team, you will provide administrative support to our Director and assist with the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide daily business and operational support activities, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Client Liaison: Build strong relationships with clients, providing a first point of contact and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Health and Safety: Create and manage all H&S documentation for projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Accreditation and Compliance: Assist with company accreditation and ensure timely updates are made to meet compliance requirements.
- New Employee Onboarding: Assist with the induction process for new employees, including providing necessary documentation and support.
- Training and Development: Assist with booking and managing training requirements for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Sickness Reporting: Provide administrative support for sickness reporting to Head Office.
- Uniform and PPE: Arrange for the supply of company uniforms and related PPE to be issued.
- Administrative Systems: Develop and implement new administrative systems to improve departmental efficiency.
- Support to Staff: Provide ongoing support to other staff members, including problem-solving and day-to-day liaison.
- Project Support: Assist project managers as required, providing support with daily tasks and activities.
Requirements:
- 28-34K salary
- 7.45-16.30 office hours
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Pension contribution and death in service
