Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clearance Broker to join our team at FedEx. As a Clearance Broker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth clearance of goods through customs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit formal documentation for customs clearance using our in-house computer systems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and customs officials to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Work closely with our customs team to ensure compliance with all regulations and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a customs clearance or brokerage environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
