  • On-Call Duties: Handle on-call duties, responding promptly to any urgent care needs or emergencies.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in client conditions

Requirements:

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Care Approach: A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a commitment to maintaining the dignity and independence of clients.
  • On-Call Shifts: Flexibility to work on-call shifts as required.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
