Job Title: Senior Care Services Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Services Coordinator to join our team at The Cinnamon Care Collection. As a key member of our care services team, you will be responsible for supporting the Care Services Manager in setting the standard for senior care responsibilities, including ensuring excellence in resident care, providing outreach and support to families, and facilitating ongoing training opportunities for team members.

Main Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the resident assessment process, ensuring involvement of the resident in identifying needs and preferences, and integration of all information into the care plan.

* Ensure that all relevant information in respect of each resident is communicated as appropriate to achieve delivery of a person-centred care.

* Support the Care Services Manager in hiring and retaining dedicated Care Assistants, and facilitating ongoing training opportunities for team members.

Requirements:

* Previous care home experience is essential, with a background in senior care services.

* Ideally, you will have worked as a Deputy Manager, with experience in dementia care.

* Flexibility in working patterns and weekend working on a rotation basis is required.
