Job Overview

Penta Consulting is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operational Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our hosted clients and their resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and engagement, including commercial pricing submissions, candidate issue resolution, and issue escalation.
  • Oversee the management of all hosted resources, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Process administrative tasks on our CRM system, including extensions, amendments, and new placements.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team for onboarding and work with international compliance partners to support hosted resources.
  • Track and process time sheets, invoices, and expenses in line with client agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with frame agreement guidelines and PO tracking support with clients and internal finance teams.
  • Provide regular tracking reports to management and perform other duties as directed.

Requirements:

  • Relevant business-to-business operational experience.
  • Account management experience is desirable.
  • Educated to A Level.
  • Spanish language skills are desirable.

  • Good customer service skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM databases and complex enquiries.
  • Effective customer care skills and excellent communication skills.
