- Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for hosted resources, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are collected and processed efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, document management, and reporting.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, account management, and business support, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues promptly, escalating to senior management as necessary.
- Relevant Experience: 2+ years of experience in a business operations or client services role.
- Education: A-level or equivalent qualification.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (additional languages an asset).
- Personal Qualities: Organized, proactive, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
