Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients and resources, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for hosted resources, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are collected and processed efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, document management, and reporting.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, account management, and business support, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues promptly, escalating to senior management as necessary.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: 2+ years of experience in a business operations or client services role.
  • Education: A-level or equivalent qualification.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (additional languages an asset).
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, proactive, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
