Job Summary

Penta Consulting is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operational Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our hosted clients and their resources. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, managing client relationships, and maintaining accurate data on our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients and resources, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Operational Support: Provide proactive support to operation leads and internal teams to ensure swift resolution of client issues and concerns.
  • CRM Administration: Process and manage client data, extensions, amendments, and new placements on our CRM system.
  • Commercial Support: Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, and work with international compliance partners to support hosted resources.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the receipt, checking, and processing of time sheets, invoices, and expenses in line with client agreements.
  • Compliance and Certification: Ensure adherence to frame agreement guidelines and track POs with clients and internal finance teams.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular tracking reports to management as directed.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: Proven business-to-business operational experience is essential.
  • Account Management: Experience in account management is desirable.
  • Education: A-level education is essential.
  • Language Skills: Spanish language skills are desirable.
