Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Enterprise Sales Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving business expansion by identifying and securing new client accounts within your designated territory. Your responsibilities will include thorough market analysis, strategic territory planning, and cultivating strong relationships to enhance Eptura's client portfolio through our comprehensive suite of workplace and asset management tools. This position requires in-office presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by establishing Eptura as the premier provider of workspace solutions.
- Identify potential clients, build a robust sales pipeline, and conduct insightful consultative meetings to understand client needs.
- Explore growth opportunities within existing client relationships and drive new business through careful planning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with multiple levels of decision-makers.
- Utilize the MEDDPICC sales methodology to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management.
- Maintain Salesforce records diligently.
- Stay informed about all Eptura product updates, pricing structures, and contract terms.
- Collaborate with the Sales Development Team, Customer Success, and other relevant stakeholders within Eptura.
About You:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in SaaS/Application.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales is preferred.
- Proven track record in managing and closing enterprise-level sales using solution and value selling techniques.
- Experience selling to C-Suite executives.
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to build credibility and trust with clients to foster lasting relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
- A strong desire to excel and achieve success.
- Proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
