Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Team Leader to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of Onboarding Administrators and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new starters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and team management, with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of 10 Onboarding Administrators and providing guidance and support as needed
  • Monitoring staff performance and KPIs to ensure SLAs are met
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures, including right to work and DBS checks
  • Chairing regular meetings with team members to discuss progress and provide feedback
  • Conducting appraisals and one-to-one meetings to support staff development
  • Reporting back to hiring managers and the wider recruitment team on onboarding progress

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and team management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment regulations and procedures

Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with 3-4 days working from home. Recent experience is required for this role.
