Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid (1-2 days in Head Office, rest working from home)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Manager to lead our Onboarding Team in managing the onboarding process of new starters within our client's organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the line management of a team of 10 Onboarding Administrators and dealing with escalated queries from the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor staff performance and KPIs in the onboarding of new starters to ensure SLAs are hit
  • Ensure correct processes are carried out to onboard staff, including right to work, DBS, referencing and employment gap checks
  • Chair regular meetings with team members to discuss progress and offer support as required
  • Conduct appraisals and one-to-ones, dealing with any staffing issues
  • Report back to hiring managers and the wider recruitment team on the progress of new starter onboarding

Requirements:

  • Confident communicator
  • Strong people manager, used to developing and co-ordinating team's work
  • Comprehensive knowledge of right to work and DBS checks
