Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Onboarding Team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Onboarding Administrators and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new starters within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 10 Onboarding Administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful onboarding of new starters.
  • Monitor staff performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Ensure compliance with onboarding processes, including right to work, Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, referencing, and employment gap checks.
  • Chair regular team meetings to discuss progress, provide support, and address any issues.
  • Conduct appraisals and one-to-one meetings, addressing any staffing concerns.
  • Report back to hiring managers and the wider recruitment team on onboarding progress.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in team management, with a focus on developing and coordinating team work.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of right to work and DBS checks.
