We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Team Leader to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of Onboarding Administrators and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new starters.
Our company is a leading provider of recruitment services, and we are proud to offer a wide range of support services and activities to vulnerable service users. With over 350 sites across the country, we are committed to delivering exceptional results and exceeding our clients' expectations.
This is a full-time and permanent position, with a salary banding of £32,000 - £34,000 and a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 1-2 days in our Head Office in Halesowen and the rest working from home.
Your daily duties will include:
- Leading a team of 10 Onboarding Administrators and addressing escalated queries from the team
- Monitoring staff performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
- Ensuring accurate and efficient onboarding processes, including right to work, DBS, referencing, and employment gap checks
- Conducting regular meetings with team members to discuss progress and providing support as needed
- Conducting appraisals and one-to-one meetings, addressing staffing issues, and reporting back to hiring managers and the recruitment team
Key skills required for this role include:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of right to work and DBS checks
