Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Onboarding Administrators and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new starters within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead a team of 10 Onboarding Administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful onboarding of new starters.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor staff performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Process Management: Ensure correct processes are followed for onboarding staff, including right to work, DBS, referencing, and employment gap checks.
  • Communication: Chair regular meetings with team members to discuss progress and provide support as needed.
  • Appraisals and One-to-Ones: Conduct appraisals and one-to-one meetings with team members, addressing any staffing issues that may arise.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to hiring managers and the wider recruitment team on the progress of new starter onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with experience in developing and coordinating team work.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of right to work and DBS checks.
