Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
  • Handle lets from start to finish, including accompanied viewings and deal progression
  • Manage telephone and email enquiries, and register landlord and tenant enquiries
  • Co-ordinate move-ins and inspections as required
  • Meet sales targets and exceed company goals

Requirements:

  • A full driving licence and excellent IT skills, including Word
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in Lettings and good knowledge of legislation
  • ARLA qualified preferred, but not essential
