About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at Ascendant Recruitment. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of customer service advisors to achieve department standards and targets.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and review team performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards are maintained by the team through consistent quality checking and feedback.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to the team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience of using CRM systems.
