We are excited to share an exciting opportunity with the Mixxos Group, a reputable company seeking a team leader to join one of their teams. In this role, you will work with the team supervisor to support the day-to-day operations and ensure the small (but effective) team is performing at its best.
The ideal candidate will have some leadership experience and be commercially astute, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer service principles.
This role is a key position within the Mixxos Group, and the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and members, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Leading by example and responding to high volumes of enquiries, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Managing and resolving escalated complaints from the team, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Motivating and managing the team to achieve targets and goals, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
- Providing consistent quality checking and feedback, working within a structured framework to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Creating and managing a daily staff rota to determine who is covering the different channels where clients can leave enquiries, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing downtime.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Previous leadership experience of a small team, with a proven track record of success.
- Commercial/Business acumen, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer service principles.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients and members.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
