Role Responsibility

  • The Guest Service Team Lead is primarily responsible for leading and managing the Guest Service Team in accordance with and to the standards required by Rapport to provide exceptional quality of service.
  • Responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the building to deliver great customer experiences.
  • Maintain a strong awareness of business activity and communicate all updates to team members.
  • Suggest improvements and innovations to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure awareness of business activity and take ownership of any issues.
  • To have a full understanding of the relevant booking systems and technology used on site to support the customer journey.
