Role Overview

The Guest Service Supervisor is a key member of the Rapport Guest Services team, responsible for leading and managing the Guest Service Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Guest Service Team to ensure seamless delivery of guest services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve guest complaints and issues.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to inform service improvements.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is equipped to deliver the highest level of service.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
