In this role, you will work with the team supervisor to support the day-to-day operations and ensure the small but effective team is performing at its best.

The ideal candidate will have some leadership experience and be commercially astute, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer service principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent first-class service to clients and members
  • Be a role model for the team and respond to high volumes of enquiries
  • Manage and resolve escalated complaints from the team
  • Motivate and manage the team to achieve targets and goals
  • Consistent quality checking and feedback, working within a structured framework
  • Create and manage a daily staff rota to determine who is covering the different channels where clients can leave enquiries
