We are excited to share an exciting opportunity with a reputable company, the Mixxos Group, who are looking for a team leader to join one of their teams. In this role, you will work with the team supervisor to support the day-to-day operations and ensure the small but effective team is performing at its best.
The ideal candidate will have some leadership experience and be commercially astute, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer service principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistent first-class service to clients and members
- Be a role model for the team and respond to high volumes of enquiries
- Manage and resolve escalated complaints from the team
- Motivate and manage the team to achieve targets and goals
- Consistent quality checking and feedback, working within a structured framework
- Create and manage a daily staff rota to determine who is covering the different channels where clients can leave enquiries
Key Skills:
- Previous leadership experience of a small team (desirable)
- Commercial/Business acumen
- Exceptional customer service
- Organised

- Excellent communication skills
